On April 16, 1998, in the historic Piazza San Giorgio di Randazzo, the Trattoria “San Giorgio e il Drago” was inaugurated.
The project was realized thanks to the will of Mother Paola, Dad Andrea and their two children: Pippo and Daniele Anzalone. The idea was to propose priority dishes of the territory, Etna, Nebrodi and Alcantara: simple ingredients, tasty and genuine.
From the first days, in fact, the menu is characterized by the proposal of local cheeses and meats, fresh pasta, including the handmade, delicious mushrooms and refined seasonal vegetables, fine meat, white and red and delicious desserts. All with the wise direction of Mamma Paolina. The winery has always preferred the best labels of Sicilian wines.
In these 22 years ‘San Giorgio e il Drago’ has always tried to improve products and service, reaching a high level, witnessed by the appreciation of customers and numerous official awards.
The restaurant has been recently renovated to make it more comfortable and welcoming.
